I was commissioned to create custom lettering for "A Marble in the Jar," a documentary following Tatiana Weston-Webb, Olympic silver medalist in surfing for Brazil.

The creative process involved exploring various hand-lettered compositions to capture a natural, fluid aesthetic that would complement the surfing theme. After presenting initial concepts, I refined the chosen direction with aqua-blue watercolor tones to evoke the ocean environment central to the story.

The final title design features elegant, flowing letterforms with thoughtful attention to the relationship between elements.
